I help the world’s largest enterprises take AI out of the demo and into production, and think about what those enterprises become once reasoning is built in.

At Indicium AI, an Anthropic Preferred Partner, I lead our AI business globally: partnerships, go-to-market and the Forward Deployed Engineering organisation that builds production AI systems for banks, insurers, energy companies and other regulated industries.

I’ve spent more than twenty years at the frontier of each technology wave: cloud, data, machine learning and now enterprise AI. Before Indicium I built AI for autonomous vehicles at Oxa. Before that I spent years at AWS and Microsoft, in engineering, solutions architecture and developer advocacy.

Across all of it I’ve been a builder: of technology, of the teams that ship it and of the businesses that take it to market. I still build all three. The part I enjoy most hasn’t changed: sitting with a customer until the hard problem is clear, then getting into the detail with the engineers building the answer.
